A standard $99 activation fee applies to new broadband services
If you don't have a phone number or you need a new one, we'll set it up.
If you have a phone number from a different carrier that you wish to keep we can switch it over for you.
If you're an existing Telstra customer and you want to renew or change your Telstra plan (including leases or upgrading your phone), your phone number won't change.
We'll arrange a new number & broadband service for you.
We'll also waive your activation fee.

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for an upgrade on this plan. If you continue, you must set up a new plan on a new phone number.

Note: if the existing number is on a lease plan but it is not eligible you cannot take up a new contract on that number.
A number is eligible for an upgrade when it has Business Lease Assure or it has exceeded 12 months from the start date of contract term.

How do I find my IMEI number?
The fastest way to find your IMEI number on any device is to dial *#06#
The IMEI can also be found printed on most devices–check your
manufacturer's guidelines for the location of your device's IMEI number.
If you can't find your IMEI, you will need to complete your upgrade at
your nearest Telstra Business Centre.
What is an IMEI number?
The IMEI is the unique 15 digit number given to mobile devices. It can
appear as any of the following sequences:
Can power on.
The screen and casing is free of any cracks, heavy scratches and chips, or missing/damaged parts.
The phone is completely unlocked from all device tracking
software and carrier locks.
The screen has slight cracks and the phone has no missing/damaged parts.
The phone is completely unlocked from all device tracking software and carrier locks.
Can't power on.
The screen is severely cracked or there's missing/damaged parts
The fee for returning your phone is based on your responses. If the phone is returned in a condition other than stated, additional charges may apply
How is this fee calculated?
You will receive instructions via email on how to return your current phone when you submit your order.
What happens if I return my device in a condition other than stated?
If your device is damaged upon return, you will be required to pay $229 (minor damage), or up to $499 (if damaged beyond repair).
You may be able to make an offer to buy your device from us at fair market value (to be advised at the time).
The SIM card must be removed and the device reset to factory settings so that personal or confidential information is deleted.
All activation/locking features must be disabled and you must provide any documentation reasonably required to show it is the correct device.
Otherwise a fee of up to $499 applies.
What happens if I don't return my device?
If you fail to return your device within 14 days of upgrading your device, you must pay a non return fee based on the fair market value of the device
(to be advised at the time) plus 20%.
If you fail to return your device at the end of the DLC term (subject to our approval), you must continue to pay the monthly payment for your device and
Plan (including any Business Lease Assure fees) for up to 6 months after which,
if still not returned we will charge you a device non return fee equivalent to the fair market value of the device (to be advised at the time).

What is a directory listing?
If you list your details, your name, address and phone number will be published in the
printed and online White Pages and Directory Assistance.
Your Caller ID will also be visible to people when you call.
