What you'll need to complete the order
If you don't have a phone number or you need a new one, we'll set it up.
If you have a phone number from a different carrier that you wish to keep we can switch it over for you.
If you're an existing Telstra customer and you want to renew or change your Telstra plan (including leases or upgrading your phone), your phone number won't change.
If you're an existing Telstra ADSL customer who is now eligible for an nbn™ service, you can migrate to nbn™ and keep your existing phone number.
We'll set up a new service number for you
We'll also waive your activation fee.
We'll waive the $99 activation fee
What is a directory listing?
If you list your details, your name, address and phone number will be published in the
printed and online White Pages and Directory Assistance.
Your Caller ID will also be visible to people when you call.
What is professional installation?
Get up and running with our professional installation service for just $240 where a Telstra technician will visit your premises.
